My college major was business administration. During the course I took several courses that are related to information management and became interested in systems. This is why I wanted to work in system industry.

I have chosen SCC is because I thought that in SCC I can not only specific programs but also develop a ERP or business system and thus can be involved in both system and operation by maintaining close contact with users.

I was not sure whether I can do well here because I did not know much about systems. However, I was given training during the first two months and obtained various certificates. After that, I joined a project as OJT and worked with senior staff.

When the project started, it was tough for me because there were many things I did not know. However, what I have learned during two months training was very helpful. Besides, senior staff also provided support to me. Thus, I started to be able to do my jobs little by little. Although SCC is a new company that was just established 9 years ago, it is a quite energetic company. Other than working, there are many opportunities through which I can improve my skill such as study session and social gathering.

As a next step, I want to improve my skill not only on system but also on operations so that I can be an even better consultant who can propose a good system.

Because IT (Information Technology) industry is essential in our life, I was thinking that I would like to learn a lot of things about that.

Among them, I was interested especially in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) consulting which can involve not one industry but a various industries.

SCC has lots of experience in ERP consulting. And then, because SCC has a workplace with a positive atmosphere, there is a good chance to improve my skill.

That’s why I choose SCC.

When I was at university, I majored in Economic and I was not familiar with systems.

That’s why I have to study hard. After learning a knowledge about systems, I could get interested in ERP systems.

And then, among a study seminar and social gathering I can have much exchange with people who is a member of staff in my company and people in other industry. So I can develop the breadth of my knowledge.

When I joined a project for the first time, I was at a loss what to do. But, thanks to people around me, I could do my work. From now on I would like to be a person who can help people around me.

When you are job hunting and a working, it is important for you to think much of each opportunity and incident. After your considering how you would like to be and what you should do, I hope you go on job hunting.

I have been searching jobs using the keyword “Global”, because I had studied abroad when I was a student in university and wanted to continue to expand my horizons.

The reason why I choose SCC is that the company would like to commence a project to take Internet Technology area all over the world.

Also, I was interested in SCC because I can build relationships with a many people who are in various area. (e.g. a manufacturing industry, airline industry, music business , fashion industry , and mass media industry.)Recently it has become essential for a company to use Internet Technology.I would like the opportunity to support many customers from various business.

When I started working, I did not have any knowledge about ERP.

Even if I am just a sophomore here in this company and I am still in stage of learning a lot of things, I can have an experience of getting the forefront information from various area.

And then, our company has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Our company is second to none in corporate culture of helping and encouraging each other.

Of course, it is too easy to become narrow-minded when you are job hunting.

For example, if you have a particular job that you would like to do.

But my recommendation is that you should choose a company based on how you can improve your skills in the future.Eventually, you will find a company that suits you and the person you want to become.
